| | | Just did the great north run, by far my slowest ever run, not enjoyable! Settled back in at work and enjoying it. I am back to pretty much chain smoking, but trying to decide whether to just quit at the end of this year or not, it has to happen sooner or later! Seeing my niece smoke is the major factor so hopefully I can get her to stop with me! Going to relax and enjoy the rest of he year and next year get super fit and run some more marathons! |
