the cure is milkshakes! lol use a hot choc mix that is low calorie, mix it up with a bit of milk and LOADS of water..If you can shake it like a cocktail to make sure it mixes ok remembering to use ICED water.

its a small thing but massive peace of mind really | | | | | post chinese new year blog | wrote | | I love the chinese...why? put simply;They are the easiest to work for & their etiquette as clients is second to none.It was a technically Weird event with loads of ipod audio plug ins added last minute, and timing to perfection (almost lol) but enjoyable as it was a minor challenge for me to work at superspeed wring it all up for it to work on the night.
