| | Everyone knows that ingesting loads of saturated fats this summer will be a bad idea, ie ice cream...it wont cool you down at all and makes you feel worse just after...SO
the cure is milkshakes! lol use a hot choc mix that is low calorie, mix it up with a bit of milk and LOADS of water..If you can shake it like a cocktail to make sure it mixes ok remembering to use ICED water.
