This saturday i did the Race for Life for Cancer Research. It included running 5k around Heaton Park with my colleagues at Connections Employment Agency. It was a very worth while cause, i did it for a family friend called Jean Presscott who died of Cancer in 2005. Even tho i was dripping wet and sunburnt by the time i finished it in 45 minutes i'm definatly doing it again next year! Congratulations to anyone else that completed the 5k, it was a very hot day !
