Being in this great sport--being great in this sport-- requires selfishness... Its demanded of you, just like sacrifice is. But that selfishness is not for personal profit or pleasure, but personal achievement. Theres something I need to accomplish and nothings gonna get between me and it... Nothing.
Bodybuilding is a never-ending challenge. It is an incredibly demanding pursuit whose most triumphant victories are internal. It occupies your thoughts and empties your pockets. It scars you, it frustrates you and it feasts on your failure. It calls you out and it beats your ass. You give of yourself and then you give some more. You sacrifice so much without rest. Is it, in the end, really worth it? Motherfuckin' right it is.

If you want some thing go get it. if you want something bad enough for long enought you will achive it! dont ever let somebody, or your thoughts tell you cant do something. train hard, paul.
