Life is to be lived with all its quirks. Don't sit around waiting for the next thing to happen...no-one's gonna do it for you. Life's too short to mess about - and there's plenty to do, a load of adrenaline to use and places to go in that time... ;-) Catch you on the flipside... lol :-)

KNEE DOWN!!!!

Finally did it...scraped plaistic on tarmac and it fely blimmin awesome!! Woohoooo!

From Now On...

Encourage myself and others to push that ever-allusive 'comfort zone' out a bit further on all levels and to seek an ever-better adrenaline rush. Pushing yourself is healthier than staying stuck where you are...there are too many stuck people around... I say do it - what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger! Believe me I've been there...ha! Plus this is no dress rehearsal...
