been a fulltime al a carte(fine dining)chef for the past twelve years, great job, interesting people, diners, perks of the job is awesome, gets better as the years go on and if am not doin that then am a door superviser for the local security company and work at the meadowpark hotel/beat in stirling...this job speaks for it's self. |

im boxing out of stirling amateure boxing club and am the 2008 scottish superheavyweight silver medalist. stepping up to boxing at european level now. |
