In my own words
Hey all.... my name is Simmo, I live in Rochford.... !!!! I love to play golf & cricket, can not get enough of them so you will either find me on the course or over the cricket club working on the ground or chilling having a beer.... no where better to sit back and relax in the sun and catch the rays!! I am addicted to the gym, I go at least 3 times a week working on getting my 6 pack back but its a bloody tough job.... all about hard work and dedication which is what Im all about! love the cardio side as well, trying to get as fit as possible and sweat as much as I can in the process! I am now a qualified level 2 cricket coach and work full time around the schools in Essex.... cant think of anything better than doing a job you love and be outside in the while doing it....how good does that sound!!! |
