The worst sort of pain isn't when someone kicks or punches you. The worst sort of pain is when someone you thought was a mate lets you down.
Even when you've done nothing but be a good friend to them and been there when they've needed you.
So just remember the one that lets you down is the one you trust the most.
My Grandad used to say:- Trust no one any your never be disapointed.
