Since sailing the weather has continued to improve and its shorts and t-shirts all day now...
God I love my job! | | | | | Gym | wrote | | | So I finally got round to joining a new gym... it's been nearly a year since I left the RN and I haven't really kept my self in shape since, so I new it was going to hurt but I had no idea how much! my new personal trainer decided to put me through a circuit to see what we needed to work and we decided... everything! Oh well, they tell me the body doesn't forget so hopefully it will stop hurting and start being fun soon! until then I am drading every session! at least the gym is nice though :) | | | | | 2 entries | | |
