| 2 entries | | |  | | | | my dad | wrote | | im sad to say this afternoon we got a call from the care home where my dad was. they said we checked him and couldnt feel a pulse.
he would have been 90 in a months time.
ok some may say its cruel wanting him to see that but its a milestone.
he fought to the end but had water retention senility and heart probs. all the tabs he was on had buggered his liver and kidneys up.
so in a way its good he didnt suffer till his feb.

queued from 6 pm until we got inside at 7.30 pm lol.
national indoor arena in brum is a small venue but didnt detract from a great night.
the support act were dire mind cherry ghost.
anyhow i was at the front and we were all jumping up and down to the manics and all of a sudden something cold and wet showered over us from behind (hope it was beer lol) this happened a few times which i didnt mind as it was really hot.
