young lad is visiting his grandad in hospital but sadly he is asleep, so while he waits for him to wake he decides to eat some brazil nuts left on the side, when hes finished them all his grandad wakes, the lad apologises for eating all the nuts upon which his grandad says its ok me lad i sucked all the chocolate off them earlier.
