15st 4lb is my weight now!doubt al b 17st by the last day of april but il b ova 16st anyway so my target will hav bin met and beaten!then the fun begins,no more ova sized jeans and get ma 6pak bak(mayb even an 8pak if a get ma fat down)!!

Today i weighed in at the gym....14stone bang on!only two stone to go,if i get ther b4 the last day of april il beast on to 17st then get ripped!watch this space... ;)
