In my own words
been living in barcelona for the past few years working at a few gyms and things, back the uk for a bit now for family stuff so i'll be here for a while! a lot of my m8s moved away so dont know as many ppl here as i'd like, still training 4/5 times a week, lookin to get a pt or boxing coach job somewhere so if u no any gyms hiring hit me up! used to be a raver bt dont do it as much nemore, still hav the odd nite when ill get me game on lol but mostly spend my energy on ova things now ;)
had two bulldogs in barca bt only got to bring 1 over with me, had to leave deano back in spain :(
