Vanity

Is it me, but does eveyone seem to be quite a bit vain nowr days? Its not often i see pics on someones profile that they have not taken themselves. And guys with there tops off doing a "look at me sexy body" pose. Is that what you lady's like to see? Should i spend all my free time in the GYM beefing up rather than having a life?
