yo im adam jus ur average lad livin in mk gd to talk to and offer very gd advice so even if u dnt wanna meet up tlk to me im a gd laf :) ive come along way since my days in skool used to be realy obese like 18stone at 1 oint and of course with that comes bullying but i gotta say i over come the lot n at 12 stone im gettin to enjoy a good workout, i love clubbin n if any1 likes downin competitions im in kinda my specailty lol lil party trick,umm not much else to say.

i would soooo relax and jus take care of every1 around me :)
