In my own words

I'm a really genuinely nice guy if you get to know me and even if you don't know me, just give a message and chat away - i always reply. If you ever see me out and about somewhere come up and have a chat!!! I get on with most people and enjoy people's company!!! If you ever see me spaced out on a Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday (basically any day of week) - it is perhaps wise to tap on the shoulder and tell me who you are because i'm usually in my own lil world.

Hello all. Well, I'm really well atm, feeling great, still trying to cut out the cigs, but really happy. I'm eating well and hopefully looking better for it. Hurrah!
