I'd fund Jackie Chan movies! Rush Hour 4, anyone? Yes? Then read on! ;-)
I'd cast Jet Li as the 'new guy' assigned to Jackie and Chris Tucker's team. He's there to help them track down the evil Tom Cruise and his awfully evil assassin empire. Tom wants Jackie and Chris dead, so Jet, Jackie and Chris have to fight many bad guys...
