| | dislocated my need a couple off weeks ago! it was the worst thing! not sure why it came out but it dislocated in the kitchen as i knocked my leg on a cupboard and out it came! had to put in back in place myself as for some reason as i was still standing up! err the thought!

My Worst Day...
the day my dad died (22nd jan 2009) miss him extremely and its only been 9 months since his battle ended! he did so well too, managing to get his books published in the little time he had left and put us all first through all the pain and heart ache of knowing it would end so quickly! one in a million! x x x |
