| | I want to try and find some good music to work out to, I'm starting to get bored of the tracks I use already, anyone got any suggestions?
At the moment I do like 400 crunches, 200 for legs and whatever else I end up doing... Anyone got any diet tips to speed this losing weight crap up? lol..
Sorry I'm just feeling a bit 'blah' today so a lot of loose shoddy language being used here...
