What a bunch of fuckin wankers!!!! they cancelled an engineer coming to my house coz i didnt pay a deposit, i gave them my bank details so wheres the fuckin problem??? but this was 3 weeks ago, did they tell me the engineer wasnt coming? did they fuck so i threw a sicky and lost a days wage to sit at home and wait for the twats. did they apologise? yer but they called me by the wrong name when they did it, 'i'm very sorry mrs lavender' my names on front of them on a fuckin screen!!!!
