In my own words
Having recently qualified as a lvl3 PT I am currently working at Gym4All in nottingham as a fitness instructor teaching spin, bootcamp and soon Zumba! In my spare time I keep up my own fitness, drink lots of wine and spend far too long in my garden. Sounds old I know. Im quirky, fun, but most of all Im me.
