A Solid Metal T-Shaped Bar. I had a Solid Metal T-Shapped Bar Hit/Striked My Left Hand/Wrist, While it was at an angal & I was holding/gripping a Gree Food tray containig small bars & Made to work for anothe 3 - 4 hours after accident/injury on: 13-10-2002, It swelled up on impact.
