The Hubble Deep Field - Gazing into this small field, Hubble uncovered a bewildering assortment of at LEAST 1,500 galaxies at various stages of evolution. Makes you think, doesn't it? How tiny & insignificant we are. Who are we? We find that we live on an insignificant planet of a humdrum star lost in a galaxy tucked away in some forgotten corner of a universe in which there are far more galaxies than people.
