is not about extending your split-second of self importance. Who would like to live forever? OK dont answer that. But my real point is that in the grand sceme of things, we are only going to register on the timeline of existance for a nano-second. so shouldn't we be trying our darndest to cram as much memorable events into our lives so we can look back when we are old and unable to do as many things as we used to be able to do and say:
