In my own words Well haven't logged in to this since 2007 lol a lots happened in that time when it come to this section I was planning on going to Kenya and was happy being single in the 15 years since then iv been married fathered 3 children and been a step farther to a 4th lost people I've loved and cared about my own fault. think iv grown as a person matured a lot but at the same time haven't been true to myself like everything I jump in feet first and try my best not always good enough my own worst enemy at times but still growing

5am cant sleep
well for some reason i was up at the crack of dawn couldnt sleep so i went out for run after 5 miles i couldnt be arsed so im now going to go to the shop and get pancakes havnt had pancake for breky in ages well got 2 days off now so just going to chill and catch up with m8s and that maybe book a holiday somewhere for this summer im not sure yet lol any girls reading this i could do with a travel partner lol must be fit not a slapper around my age and be full of energy lol
