This Week's Plan...
for achieving 6 mile run on March 16th Sports relief:
work out a new diet and get food, find out a good stretching routine, buy new running shoes and tracksuit bottoms,Saturday do 60mins on bike , Monday buys running shoes and run at least 1 mile, then each day run further than the last. |
