In my own words
Well tis ben wee while since i updated this so thot id write it up again....
well am still working full time for inverclyde leisure down in the gourock gym and still loving it planning on starting on doing my level 3 personal trainer course soon, so watch this space!

I am still training away doing my strength training. stilll firing in @ my kickboxing and have started training in muay thai aswell on wednesdays and friday nights to aid my stand up! Not been to mma for a while, not sure if the grappling side of it is my cuppa tea but hey it still beasting training
spare time am training, hanging wae the boys playing the wii or the xbox and having a laugh man and on the rare weekends, Saturday late night madness happens hahah
