a kind soul explained to me what a jaffa cake technically is i.e. cake or biscuit,
apprantly the key difference between a cake and a biscuit is the form it takes when it gets stale.
When a jaffa cake is fresh it is soft, when its stale it goes hard. Biscuits on the other hand are hard when fresh and soft when stale. |
